A few weeks ago, Joni Martin, asked me to write a post on her blog, Hope's Journey! I was thrilled and honored. The assignment was to answer a few questions about my religion and how my belief in God has influenced my life.
I love what Joni is doing! She is highlighting several religions, as she looks into their beliefs and gains a better understanding of women around the world and how their beliefs guide them from day to day. I have read some of her blog and have found it to be very very fascinating!

Thanks for the mention, Michelle! I was so honored that you took part in the study!!! It is such a blessing to have women who (a) know what they believe and (b) know why they believe it!! The (b) part is so hard to come by! :) I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and insights on my blog - I am certain that it will uplift and encourage many women. Already, I am getting responses from women outside of the religious group that I happen to be highlighting at the moment, who say "Oh, wow, I identified so much with what ___ said! She's alot like ME!" And thats the point! Religion shouldn't tear us apart or set up obstacles to relationship, in my mind, more, it should bring us together in a unity of honor and worship of our God. :) Hugs, sister!
